01How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are packed and shipped from our Kuala Lumpur warehouse within 1â2 working days. Once collected by the courier, delivery within West Malaysia usually takes 1â3 working days, and 3â6 working days for East Malaysia.
You'll receive a tracking link by email or WhatsApp as soon as your parcel is on its way.
02Do you offer free shipping?
Yes â we offer free standard shipping on all orders over RM150 within West Malaysia. Orders below that, and all East Malaysia orders, are charged a flat courier fee shown clearly at checkout.
03Are your products covered by warranty?
Every motor unit comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, supported directly by our local Malaysian team. The warranty does not cover normal wear or consumable parts such as silicone flanges, valves and diaphragms.
To start a claim, just message us your order number and a short description of the issue.
04Can I return or exchange an item?
Unopened items in their original packaging can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. For the full step-by-step process, see our Return & Refund Policy.
05Why can't opened milk-contact parts be returned?
For hygiene and safety reasons, items that touch breast milk â collection cups, flanges, valves and diaphragms â cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, even if unused. This keeps every parent who shops with us safe.
06What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, FPX online banking, and popular e-wallets. Payments are processed securely and your order is confirmed once payment clears.
07How do I clean and care for the parts?
Wash all milk-contact parts in warm soapy water and sterilise them as described in the included instructions before first use and after each session. Avoid harsh detergents and let parts air-dry fully to keep them in the best condition.
