01Orders & acceptance

All orders placed through our store are an offer to purchase, which we accept once payment is confirmed and an order confirmation is issued. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including where a product is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred.

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address.

02Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices, promotions and bundle discounts may change without prior notice.

Payment is taken in full at checkout via the payment methods shown. Your order is processed only once payment has cleared.

03Shipping & delivery

Orders ship within 1–2 working days from Kuala Lumpur. Free shipping applies to orders over RM150 within West Malaysia. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary with courier conditions.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.

04Product warranty

Each motor unit carries a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, supported by our local Malaysian team. The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or consumable parts such as silicone flanges, valves and diaphragms.

To make a claim, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.

05Returns & exchanges

Unopened items in original packaging may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened collection cups, flanges and milk-contact parts cannot be returned. Full details are set out in our Returns & Refund Policy.

06Product use & safety

Our products are intended for personal use in accordance with the included instructions. Always clean and sterilise milk-contact parts as directed. Bunny Goody does not provide medical advice; consult a lactation consultant or healthcare professional for guidance specific to you and your baby.

07Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos and product photography — is the property of Bunny Goody or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

08Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, our liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the price paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

09Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
